01 / Managed pilot

A bounded before-and-after record.

The pilot is for a buyer who needs reviewable evidence that a small public storefront surface still matches its frozen static expectations. It does not claim why a change happened or what it did to conversion.

After written scope and payment terms are accepted separately, the baseline is taken at the agreed time. Delivery follows a successful rerun no sooner than 72 real hours later. Exact calendar timing is confirmed in writing; this is not a 72-hour turnaround promise.

Written scope freeze

One exact hostname, up to six public HTML URLs, and no more than 20 buyer-approved static checks.

A source-linked CSV records status, title, canonical, noindex observation, structured-data presence, text, selector, or same-domain reference evidence.

Optional continuation

Keep the same scope for $150 per domain each month.

After an accepted pilot, each optional continuation month requires separate written acceptance of the $150 price, exact service period, four non-overlapping UTC capture windows, and canonical schedule SHA-256 before the first window. It adds four weekly reruns of the same frozen scope and one change-only month-end ledger.

The pilot correction does not automatically renew. Any correction for a continuation ledger must be stated in that month's written acceptance.

Data and operating disclosure

Only public evidence enters the run.

Do not submit credentials, personal or customer data, unpublished code, analytics exports, vulnerability details, or financial information. Normal DNS infrastructure and the configured target host receive ordinary request metadata such as source IP, timing, user agent, and requested path.

The scope-review issue is public and GitHub processes and retains it under its own policies. One-off pilot artifacts are retained locally for at most 30 days after delivery for the included factual correction. During an active monthly continuation, only the frozen config, baseline, accepted schedule, committed run bundles, and dependent ledgers are retained. They are deleted locally within 30 days after final continuation delivery or cancellation. Deletion does not erase buyer copies or GitHub issue history.
